Adobe Acrobat has become the de facto standard for transmitting complex documentation between differing computing platforms and businesses and with over 500 million seats worldwide is an ideal format to use.

We have been working with Acrobat since version 1.0 in 1994 (happy days, Reader 1.0 fitted on a single floppy disk, Reader 9 would need about 25 floppies). We have particular expertise at converting documents into the Adobe Acrobat PDF format from paper and digital source material. Emphasis is placed on a very high level of accuracy, not only in the conversion of the text, but also in the maintenance of the page layout. Maintaining the page layout provides a comfort factor to users who are happiest with paper and makes it easier for them to accept changed working practices.

Equally we can take you Word or similar documents and convert to PDF format including linked up tables of contents, internal/external bookmarks,web/e-mail links etc. The document collection can then be placed on a CD that will self-run Acrobat Reader without a software installation required.

Complex documents such as annual reports are a speciality. The Acrobat file that we return to you will be an accurate representation complete with signatures, images and pictures as well as searchable text. If required, the key data such as balance sheet and profit & loss can be saved in an Excel spreadsheet for further analysis, with a link from Acrobat.

To find out more about the Acrobat cross platform format visit the Adobe site where the free Acrobat Reader can be downloaded.

For a sample self-running CD contact us on 0800 622 6736 or 0333 577 6736.

We are not limited to Acrobat, we can provide the output in the format of choice e.g. Word, TIF, JPG, CSV.
